This will be our 2nd Midland Bus Kits Model Bus show. Our March 2023 event proved that popular, we have had to find a bigger venue. There is Disabled access and an onsite café. There will be sales stalls, Model bus displays, a 3d printing demonstration by Three Peaks Models and a scratch building demonstration by Alan Johnson. The venue is 3-4 mins from the High Street and 6-7 mins from the Bus Station. Limited Parking/Disable parking is available at the front of the venue, but more parking for the Genesis Centre can be found in the RED Genesis parking bays within the Alfreton Leisure Centre car park Church St, Alfreton DE55 7BD, or the NON Alfreton Leisure centre white pay and display bays. you can access the centre between red car parking bays 31 and 32. PLEASE NOTE When parking at the venue YOU MUST ENTER YOUR REGISTRATION ON THE COMPUTER SYSTEM ON THE FRONT DESK, THIS GIVES YOU PERMISSION TO PARK THERE.

From the Alfreton Bus Station to the event. When leaving the Bus Station, head towards the Tesco supermarket and the traffic lights. Stay on the Bus station side of the road and with Tesco on your left, turn right at the traffic lights and cross over when safe to do so. Head towards the Pelican traffic lights and look on your left for the King Street Picture Framing shop and The Genesis Entertainment Centre is up the small road just at the side of the shop. Look for our Midland Bus Kits banner.
From the High Street Bus Stop 7 by the Blue Bell pub, walk past the Blue Bell pub up to the traffic lights and turn right, when safe to do so, cross over the road to the War Memorial and walk down through the small car park down to the King Street Picture Framing shop and immediatley after the shop turn right up the small access road to the Genesis Entertainment Centre.
