Repaints for customers
All repaints are stripped right down to remove any plastic parts, before being dipped in strong paint stripper. They are then cleaned and light sanded to remove all remnants of old paint. The shell is then scrubbed and cleaned again before a light coat of etch primer is applied by air brush. This is left to harden, then another coat of etch primer is applied. This is left for 24 hours to harden off, where it is again given a light sand before the final colour coat is applied. This after it has been hardened is given a very light sand the lacquered with gloss clear coat. Custom transfers are then made and applied.
